We are seeking a proactive, experienced team lead to drive excellence across post-company setup operations, delivering a world-class experience for every HR, PRO & GRO client.
We’re looking for an Account Manager, HR, GRO, PRO for the rapidly scaling post-setup business line within AstroLabs Business Growth Solutions, where we support the long-term growth of leading companies in the Gulf. Our Post Setup business line is based out of our coworking space in Riyadh, a thriving business hub.

What You’ll Do
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee and execute HR, GRO, and PRO services, including license renewals, work permits, Saudization, payroll, and compliance with governmental regulations.
- Master and regularly use governmental portals (QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, MISA, MC, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and external partners to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Ensure all client data and documentation is accurately captured and maintained in internal systems.
- Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and service quality, proactively implementing new service offerings.
Client & Relationship Management
- Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their HR, GRO, and PRO needs are met with excellence.
- Provide proactive advisory support, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and optimize operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring satisfaction and gathering testimonials and referrals.
- Handle escalations from junior team members, offering guidance and coaching to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Drive client retention and renewals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
Leadership & Development
- Take on mentorship and coaching responsibilities, supporting junior team members in developing their expertise.
- Lead by example with strong operational execution, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Participate in leadership development initiatives to step into a senior management role.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and a culture of continuous improvement.
Product & Business Growth
- Identify and implement new services and process improvements to enhance value to clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes to keep AstroLabs at the forefront of HR, GRO, and PRO services.
- Represent AstroLabs at industry events, workshops, and networking sessions to build relationships and drive business growth.

Job Requirements
- An ambitious professional who wants to grow into a management role.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success in a KPI-driven environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Background in HR, GRO, PRO, Company Setup, or Corporate Services is highly desirable.
- Fully fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage client accounts independently, with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with exceptional organizational and task management skills.
- Skilled at data analysis and reporting, using insights to drive improvements.
- A natural people person with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and supporting team development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
