CommScope Inc. seeks a strategic Account Manager to drive growth in the Data Center sector across Saudi Arabia. This role involves nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering customized network infrastructure solutions. Ideal candidates possess over 7 years of experience in B2B sales within ICT or data center industries, and are fluent in both English and Arabic.
We are looking for a strategic and driven Account Manager to lead the growth of our Data Center (DC) infrastructure business across Saudi Arabia s financial services and enterprise sectors. This is a focused sales role responsible for developing key relationships, identifying high-potential opportunities, and driving demand for CommScope s data center solutions within banks, holding groups, digital-native enterprises, and national tech ecosystems.
You will work closely with IT stakeholders, consultants, and project influencers to position CommScope as the trusted infrastructure partner for high-performance, scalable, and future-ready data centers in the Saudi Arabia Kingdom.

In the vibrant Data Center ecosystem, you forge enduring client relationships and uncover new business opportunities. By deeply understanding client needs, you deliver customized solutions and grow a network of dedicated partners. You excel in driving revenue, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals efficiently. Through strategic planning, you ensure project success and stay informed on the latest trends, becoming a trusted expert in the field.
As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling CommScope's cutting-edge passive network infrastructure solutions to Data Center clients across the Kingdom. Your mission will be to:
-Cultivate and expand client relationships: Build strong, lasting partnerships with key decision-makers in the Data Center ecosystem.
-Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities: Proactively seek out and develop new avenues for growth.
-Understand and address client needs: Analyze client business, technology, and product requirements to provide tailored solutions.
-Expand and develop a network of focused and loyal partners System Integrators and Installers.
-Drive revenue and achieve sales targets: Manage the sales pipeline, forecast demand, and close deals effectively.
-Lead strategic account and project planning: Develop and execute comprehensive plans to ensure project success.
-Become a subject matter expert: Stay abreast of the latest Data Center trends and technologies to provide expert guidance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales in ICT, infrastructure, or data center-related industries.
-Strong background in managing key accounts in the Saudi financial, enterprise, or large public-sector space.
-Solid understanding of data center design, fiber infrastructure, high-density connectivity, thermal and power management systems, and physical layer standards.
-Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
-Based in Riyadh and willing to travel across the Kingdom.
