What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team at VML Riyadh. As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the account while contributing meaningful perspectives to the marketing and communication strategies and direction.

What You'll Do

1. Manage internal agency relationships to ensure efficient delivery for your client.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business and industry.
3. Monitor clients' activities to ensure marketing objectives are met as per the marketing plan.
4. Identify market needs and challenges; recommend and adapt strategies accordingly.
5. Seek opportunities and plan for unexpected developments.
6. Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.
7. Lead the Account Team, fostering teamwork and development.
8. Support and oversee the career development and daily tasks of team members.
9. Interpret and apply market research insights in collaboration with Account Planners.
10. Manage budgets, cash flow, and control costs effectively.
11. Report regularly to the AD on operations and progress.
12. Manage multiple accounts and maintain positive relationships across all touchpoints.
13. Prepare campaign insights reports, including analysis and research.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA in marketing or advertising.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Executive in an agency setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong project management, time management, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative mindset and understanding of effective advertising.
• Interest in brands and societal awareness.
• Knowledge of digital and interactive spaces.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to influence at all levels.
