Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to oversee and manage our financial accounts and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial operations within the construction or contracting industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise daily accounting operations.
2. Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
3. Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
4. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
6. Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.

Skills Requirements:

1. Minimum 12 years of total experience in accounting.
2. At least 5 years in a similar role.
3. Previous experience in a construction or contracting company is required.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
5. Professional certifications such as CMA, FVMA, or CPA are preferred.
6. Strong leadership and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
