Azeus Systems Limited is seeking an Account Manager to join our expanding sales team for our product, Convene. Convene is a meeting and collaboration platform designed for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams. Responsibilities:
- Report to the regional manager and the head of global customer success.
- Manage approximately 20+ government accounts within the KSA region.
- Actively engage with clients and promote best practices for our software.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities for Upsell and generate testimonials (Case Studies, Video Testimonials, Reference Letters).
- Keep client information updated in the CRM (Organizations Page, Deals Page, People, Activities, Notes).
- Conduct client onboarding and renewals following SOPs.
- Schedule feedback meetings with key stakeholders.
- Assist clients with upgrades of older versions.
- Ensure clients complete the Convene Subscription agreement.
- Lead Change Management initiatives.
- Conduct training sessions for Admins, Secretaries, and Board Members.
- Deliver Refresher Sessions for all accounts.
- Demonstrate product features and handle customization requests.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and mitigate termination risks.
- Avoid severe escalations from clients.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager, maintaining attendance and productivity standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Support, Finance, Deployment, Legal, etc.).
- Participate in regular meetings and report progress.
- Record all client interactions in the CRM system.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Background in SaaS or IT solutions.
- 3 to 6 years of account management or sales experience preferred.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Based in KSA or willing to relocate within the region.
