Qualifications

  • 4-6 Jahre nachweisbare Verkaufserfahrung in der Beratung oder Schulungsakademien.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing existing and new client relationships, driving business growth, and representing the company with professionalism and influence. If you are a Saudi National with a strong sales background in consulting or training academies, this opportunity is tailored for you.

What your day will look like:
  • Build and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry events, maintaining a professional and presentable image.
  • Perform cold calling, lead generation, and account management, ensuring a proactive approach to sales activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

  • Work Type: On-site
  • Scope: B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2G (Business-to-Government)
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of proven sales experience in consulting and/or training academies.
  • Strong track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence to manage and foster client relationships.
  • Highly presentable with a persuasive and influential personality.
  • Presentable and capable of professionally representing the company to clients.
Language Proficiency:
  • Primary: Arabic (Native-fluent)
  • Secondary: English (Average fluency sufficient for client handling)
