Job description

We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented Account Manager with strong relationship building skills to manage key accounts, develop and achieve sales, focus on growing and developing existing clients, generate new business, and write business plans for current and future opportunity tender business.

In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with strategic clients, identifying needs and requirements to promote the company’s solutions, and achieving mutual satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude, effective problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships. The responsibilities of the Account Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Develop business relationships to expand the company’s customer base and improve existing relationships.
  • Create compelling sales pitches for prospective clients.
  • Penetrate targeted accounts and generate sales within the client base.
  • Identify key decision-makers and facilitate meetings to start the sales process.
  • Meet growth targets set by sales management.
  • Maintain relationships and follow up regularly with existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Keep clients informed with the latest information; renew contracts at set intervals; maintain clear client sale records in the database.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop effective solutions and close plans for all qualified opportunities.
  • Develop cooperative closing strategies and tactics with sales management.

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Active relationships within the industry with managed or potential accounts.
  • Account management skills focusing on client advocacy and collaboration with internal departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, sales management, and multiple industries.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent writing, editing, and verbal skills.
