About the job Account Management Director

We are seeking the expertise of an Account Management Director to manage client accounts.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sells company products and services to potential /existing PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  • Prospects and identifies new leads and opportunities with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  • Provides client service to existing customers.
  • Manage all aspects of customer relationships between the company & PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  • Assist accounts to properly select the best solution for their needs through gaining a clear understanding of their business requirements.
  • Prepare client offers, professional presentations and demonstrate excellent closing skills.
  • Establish and maintain good business relationships with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Identify trends in the market.
  • Monitor and provide regular feedback about competitor activities & prices, market trends and lost sales within PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  • Ensure the usage and update of CRM customer data and quotations.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through effective database management & resolve their problems.
  • Generate reports on the accounts status & updates. o Increasing the customers lifetime value for the PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
