About the job Account Management Director

We are seeking the expertise of an Account Management Director to manage client accounts.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sells company products and services to potential/existing PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  2. Prospects and identifies new leads and opportunities with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  3. Provides client service to existing customers.
  4. Manage all aspects of customer relationships between the company & PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  5. Assist accounts to properly select the best solution for their needs through gaining a clear understanding of their business requirements.
  6. Prepare client offers, professional presentations and demonstrate excellent closing skills.
  7. Establish and maintain good business relationships with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies to encourage repeat and referral business.
  8. Identify trends in the market.
  9. Monitor and provide regular feedback about competitor activities & prices, market trends and lost sales within PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  10. Ensure the usage and update of CRM customer data and quotations.
  11. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective database management & resolve their problems.
  12. Generate reports on the accounts status & updates, increasing the customers' lifetime value for the PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. 12+ years of experience.
  2. Managerial experience.
  3. Experience in sales and account management of large governmental and private accounts.
