Red Hat is expanding its sales operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is seeking to hire new Account Executives.

An Account Executive is a sales professional responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients. The primary focus is to generate revenue by selling products or services to new and existing customers across various government bodies and utilities sectors. Account Executives play a crucial role in the company's growth by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and presenting effective solutions.

What You Will Do:
  1. Engage regularly with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide aligned solutions.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  3. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
  4. Handle price negotiations and contract discussions to close deals profitably.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product development teams to meet client needs.
  6. Maintain accurate sales records and client information using CRM software.
  7. Provide sales forecasts and performance updates to management for informed decision-making.
What You Will Bring:
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, particularly selling software solutions to the government and utilities sectors, including Bahrain and Kuwait.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with complex solutions to large organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competition.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen and knowledge of sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
  • This position is open to Saudi nationals.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience and existing network in the IT infrastructure market, including technologies like operating systems, middleware, virtualization, cloud, and system management.
