As an Account Executive, you'll be a key driver of our revenue engine, responsible for managing and growing client relationships with senior stakeholders, while actively closing new business in high-value sectors.
You will:
Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts, engaging directly with CEOs, CFOs, and MDs.
Identify, prospect, and convert new leads through a mix of research, outreach, and industry networking.
Close deals by crafting compelling proposals, negotiating terms, and demonstrating the tangible value of Aajil’s BNPL solutions.
Exceed sales targets and play a pivotal role in scaling our business across key verticals.
Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to strategically position Aajil.
Keep your CRM spotless—track sales activity, manage pipeline, and report on key metrics.
We're seeking a high-performance sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is hungry to build something meaningful.
You should have:
2–4 years of B2B sales experience—ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or Financial Services.
A proven track record of closing 6- and 7-figure deals and managing high-value accounts.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills—you're comfortable pitching to executive-level decision-makers.
A hunter’s mindset—proactive, resourceful, and driven to win.
A team player who can collaborate across departments to deliver best-in-class service.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
A data-driven, results-oriented approach to hitting and surpassing targets.
