About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to lead and manage our key social media accounts for our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, with fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of the regional market.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and develop strategic social media campaigns to meet client objectives
• Lead client communication, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships
• Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists and content creators
• Monitor account performance, analyse metrics, and optimise strategies
• Cultivate a deep understanding of client industries and regional trends
• Collaborate with creative, media buying, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Prepare and present detailed reports and insights to clients

About You:

The Essentials:

• KSA National
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Proven leadership experience as an Account Director or similar role
• Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written)
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and regional social media landscape
• Exceptional communication and client management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Nice to haves:

• Experience working with international brands
• Knowledge of Arabic culture and consumer behaviour
