Overview:

The Access Optimization Manager leads ADC’s strategy to deliver superior user experience and network reliability across mobile broadband and critical IoT services. This role ensures the health of the access layer (RAN and backhaul) by driving KPI improvements, implementing automation, and resolving systemic issues affecting service performance. It directly supports business continuity, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance through data-driven optimization and cross-domain collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute access network optimization strategies (RAN, backhaul).
• Lead a team of engineers in conducting performance audits and tuning.
• Monitor and enhance key KPIs like latency, drop rates, and throughput.
• Implement SON and automation-based optimization tools and processes.
• Coordinate with field teams for testing and validation.
• Drive improvements based on customer complaints and NOC insights.
• Collaborate with vendors for software upgrades and tuning features.
• Ensure regulatory KPI reporting and internal SLA compliance.
