Qualifications

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال إدارة أمن تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
• يفضل وجود 3 سنوات من الخبرة على مستوى إداري.
• معرفة عميقة بأمن المعلومات وإدارة الحوادث.

Job description

Purpose of Job

The job holder is responsible for managing the operation of IT security Access Management including the administration and maintenance of users identification, authentication, and authorization for network, security solutions, systems, applications, and devices, ensuring proper handling of IT security access incidents and vulnerability, and providing directions on preventive and improvement actions to be taken to ensure effective resolution of security access challenges.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Contribute to the development of Information Security Solutions business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy
• Develop the operational plan for Access Management in line with Information Security Solutions business plan and IT & Digitization strategic plan
• Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Access Management goals that support ZATCA’s overall strategic plans
  
  
  

Budget Management

• Discuss Access Management budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process
• Ensure effective utilization of Access Management budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
• Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Access Management and mitigates financial and operational risks
  
  
  

IT Security Access Management

• Define IT security access guidelines, policies and procedures in order to ensure full protection of IT environment
• Manage the complete lifecycle of access, identity and accounts including maintenance and administration (identity, authentication, and authorization) of networks, solutions, systems, applications and devices
• Approve specific requests for granting, changing or restricting access rights to services in line with set guidelines and policy
• Oversee the handling of IT security access incidents and escalated tickets and support in incidents resolution in timely and effective manner
• Manage ongoing business support for access management around the clock
• Oversee the assessment and implementation of change requests related to IT security access to meet business needs
• Provide recommendations and appropriate actions to be taken in order to eliminate or mitigate security access risks
• Monitor the access to ZATCA systems, devices and applications and provide recommendations and reports of issues
• Monitor and review the performance metrics of the IT security access against set of KPIs and provide periodical reports to all stakeholders for improvement

• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent
• Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes
• Develop individual performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise team and provide regular feedback on performance

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required
• Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred

An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level
