Qualifications

Job description

As we expand our operations, we are seeking an Academy Manager to join our dynamic team in the Eastern, Saudi Arabia.

Job Main Purpose:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the Academy in the eastern to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in academic programs, faculty coordination, student services, and administrative functions. Supporting the Academy Director in executing strategic initiatives and maintaining high educational standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Operational & Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee the Academy's policies, procedures, and operational plans in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Supervise daily operations related to academic programs, faculty coordination, student engagement, and administrative support.
  • Assist in the development and execution of curriculum enhancements and ensure compliance with educational standards.
  • Coordinate faculty recruitment, onboarding, and development programs to maintain high teaching standards.
  • Ensure smooth execution of student services, including academic advising, career counseling, and extracurricular activities.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and facility management to support educational activities effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of faculty and staff, providing feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the Academy Director to identify areas for improvement and implement operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in budget preparation, tracking expenditures, and managing resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory policies, and institutional guidelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for students, faculty, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure a supportive learning environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, business administration, or a related field

Practical Experience and Professional Certificates:

  • 8-12 years of experience in academic or training management
  • Certified Professional in Training and Development (CPTD) (Preferred)
