m2r Education are supporting this technical college in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, who require an Academic Director.
We are seeking a seasoned academic leader to guide the educational vision of a forward-thinking institution in the Middle East. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for shaping program direction, driving curriculum innovation and championing academic excellence in alignment with global standards and technological progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of contemporary academic programs grounded in technical and vocational disciplines.
- Oversee and inspire a multidisciplinary academic team to ensure high-impact teaching and learning.
- Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to promote quality, compliance and progressive pedagogy.
- Drive the integration of educational technologies and ensure alignment with international accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background in technical/vocational education (non-EAL focused).
- Master’s degree in Education plus additional qualifications in Business Administration are preferred. All degrees must be from a UK university.
- Substantial leadership experience in curriculum design and academic program oversight.
- Demonstrated success in team development and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in higher education policy compliance is advantageous.
- Prior regional experience preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a future-focused approach to education.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: Up to SAR 40,000 per month (£7800 TAX FREE)
- Housing allowance: Up to SAR 10,000 per month
- Transportation allowance: up to SAR 1,000 per month
- Flights allowance: SAR Up to 1,000 per month
- TOTAL SALARY UPTO 52,000 SAR per month (£10200 TAX FREE)

- Iqama (Resident Permit) transfer costs will be covered, if the candidate is inside KSA
