Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable AC Installation Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, or industrial clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install new air conditioning systems, including split systems, ductless mini-splits.
• Inspect installation sites and review building plans to determine the best location and installation methods.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning AC units and components.
• Test systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety and energy regulations.
• Ensure refrigerant levels and system pressures are within safe limits.
• Explain system operations and maintenance requirements to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
