Job description

Responsibilities

1. Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis and Discrete Trial Therapy related to students as per assigned cases.
2. Proficient in using ACE online Curriculum.
3. Responsible for early intervention classroom settings, including group activities, classroom routine schedules, and theme-based learning.
4. Develop necessary materials for the department.
5. Prepare theme-based lesson plans on a monthly basis.
6. Follow up with assistants in the classroom.
7. Implement social skills training in groups.
8. Fill out case-study forms, including identifying strengths and weaknesses and providing clear recommended programs for children.
9. Collect data on students' performance on the ACE Curriculum daily.
10. Provide daily recommendations to parents via communication books and invite parents to observe sessions at the center.
11. Determine student mastery target areas and skills.
12. Ensure the therapy area is kept clean and safe before and after sessions by returning materials to their original locations.
13. Keep students' kid books organized and updated, including data sheets and program descriptions.
14. Abide by all CARF standards.
15. Use technology tools such as Microsoft Teams, Emails, Planner, OneDrive, Zoom, etc.
16. Submit monthly reports and planned IEPs to parents on time, following all instructions and guidelines issued by the employer in the best interests of the center.
