An exciting opportunity is available for Superintendent - Offline Production, based in Dammam, KSA who will report directly to Operations Manager.

Summary:

We are seeking for a motivated Superintendent Offline Production who will Supervises the activities of an operating unit or small area. Supervises the activities of operating area and coordinate activities among the operators/technicians so that all activities are carried out in safe and timely manner.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

• Supervises work activities, coordinates field activities for a unit or a small area.
• Supervises the planned maintenance for a unit or a small area.
• Operates a permit to work system to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel in that unit.
• Conducts observations on unsafe/safe acts and reports in timely manner.
• Directs all related personnel actions, including training, performance appraisal, and discipline.
• Prepares relevant shift/daily reports to ensure stake holder are informed of the operating area.
• Interprets problem reports and monitors quality of work carried out by maintenance or vendors in small areas.
• Determines job priorities based on established schedules and makes daily assignments for one area.
  
  

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma Level Education and qualification
• 4 years experience with a Diploma or High School Certificate with 2 years supervisory experience.
