Join Us as a Finance & Business Support Manager at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel)

We are seeking an experienced and strategicFinance & Business Support Managerto lead our financial operations at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel) This critical leadership role requires a high level of financial acumen, business insight, and team management to support our hotel's profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all financial operations of the hotel and ensure alignment with corporate standards and local regulations.
  • Provide insightful analysis of financial results, forecasts, and trends to support the General Manager and Department Heads in business decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts while monitoring expenses and revenue against targets.
  • Supervise accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Purchasing, and General Ledger.
  • Maintain strong internal controls, ensure accurate financial reporting, and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Manage hotel contracts and vendor agreements with financial diligence.
  • Act as the key liaison with owners, auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
  • Train, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CMA, or similar certification is preferred.
  • 4-8 years of progressive finance experience in hospitality or a related industry, including 1-2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and hotel operating systems (e.g., Sun, Opera, etc.).
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, asset management, and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to support hotel operations during weekends, holidays, or emergency situations when needed.
