Description and Requirements

These are your detailed responsibilities :

  • The 4P Manager Visual and Accessories & Tablet is responsible for product portfolio definition, product pricing, promotion budget allocation, and identifying internal/external opportunities to develop the marketing campaign plan. You will work closely with Lenovo Operations, the marketing team, and channel sales team cross functions. You will analyze and evaluate the market environment with the management team to support business decisions. This includes cooperation with the Operation Product team to define the product portfolio plan and manage the planning tool.
  • You will develop business tools to monitor major KPIs and use these KPIs to ensure appropriate actions are taken in-country on promotions, portfolio, channel, and marketing initiatives. You will work independently, take initiative on complex issues, and manage the full forecast for the region down to product and country levels. You will monitor forecast execution, drive for higher forecast accuracy, and set targets at global and family levels, monitoring weekly and taking corrective actions as needed.

In this role you will :

  • Drive initiatives to maximize mix, margin, and overall product contribution to the portfolio and business.
  • Build, implement, and execute country’s product demand generation programs aligned with quarterly and annual financial goals.
  • Analyze market research, customer feedback, and campaign performance data to identify target markets, optimize marketing strategies, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Evaluate performance against plans at daily and weekly intervals and initiate corrective actions to keep the country on track to achieve LOB goals.
  • Provide relevant input to annual and quarterly planning cycles based on key financials (Platform Mix, Units, AUR, AUM, Rev$, Margin$).
  • Identify opportunities to partner with alliances to grow the business.
  • Manage Product Transitions effectively to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting for relevant products; co-own the country's forecast with Sales.
  • Differentiate Lenovo offerings from competitors and create customer preference for Lenovo products, knowing when to incorporate competitors’ elements for optimal deals.
  • Determine customer needs through participation in sales and customer meetings, recommending and positioning appropriate products.
  • Provide competitive “price: spec” feedback to the COE product/pricing team for proper positioning and messaging.
  • Develop tailored customer-facing presentations emphasizing the product's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop launch strategies for different channels.

Position Requirements :

  • Minimum 5+ years of product and/or business management experience.
  • A degree equivalent – preferably in Business.
  • Strong business and customer understanding.
  • Understanding of channel business in KSA.
  • Comfortable with financial management and P&Ls.
  • Experience with technology products, ideally from the IT industry.
  • Effective oral presentation skills for diverse audiences, able to clearly communicate strategies and products.
  • Strong analytical skills with high accuracy, reacting with appropriate urgency.
  • Ability to handle dynamic tasks and assignments effectively.
