The 2025 Hotel Operations Graduate Management Development Programme in KSA is committed to nurturing and shaping exceptional talent within the vibrant world of hospitality. Our 18-month immersive experience is designed to empower you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the industry.

The programme aims to propel you to leadership roles such as Assistant Department Manager within our hotels in KSA upon programme completion.

The programme is thoughtfully divided into two nine-month placements. This strategy ensures a diverse exposure to various facets of hotel management, including:

1. Food & Beverage: Dive into the realms of restaurant management, room service, conference & banquets coordination, and purchasing.
2. Front Office: Perfect your skills in reception services, concierge duties, business centre management, and guest relations.
3. Hotel Support Services: Explore the inner workings of housekeeping and commercial services, gaining valuable insights into the backbone of the industry.

Within KSA, we have multiple placement locations available, 12 successful candidates will be at either Hilton Makkah Convention Hotel, Conrad Makkah, DoubleTree by Hilton Makkah, Hilton Suites Makkah, Madinah Hilton, Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Riyadh – Al Muroj Business Gate, HGI Riyadh Financial District or DoubleTree Riyadh Financial District.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking individuals who embody the Hilton Values, possess a strong drive, a keen commercial acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine zest for operational excellence.

Mobility is also an important factor as the right person is expected to be working in at least two different locations during the programme, which can be anywhere in KSA for 9 months each.

To be considered, you should have:

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree by August 2025.
• Hospitality degree would be preferred, although not essential.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Eligibility to work anywhere within KSA.
• Full mobility across KSA, along with a willingness to relocate as required by Hilton.
• A genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Previous experience in a hospitality role would be preferred, although is not essential.
• Availability to start full-time employment as of 1st of September 2025.
