Job Summary: The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract management, and risk assessment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Good knowledge of using SAP & Microsoft office apps.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CPCM, CPPB) is a plus.
