This position reports to

Global Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As a Sales Controller, you will analyze and interpret financial data, supporting the budget and forecast processes within the Sales Organization. Based in Eggelsberg, Austria, your responsibilities include:

1. Acting as a financial business partner to support strategic decision-making through business planning, forecasting, and collaboration with Controlling and Finance teams.
2. Conducting financial analysis and reporting on profitability, margins, costs, and sales trends to identify deviations and suggest corrective actions.
3. Driving modernization of financial processes and tools to ensure transparent and reliable data, including customer analytics, sales reporting, and pipeline monitoring.
4. Designing and delivering impactful reports and presentations to stakeholders and senior management for informed decision-making.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of controlling experience within an international B2B company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial analysis tools, and ERP systems such as SAP (CO-PA); experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is preferred.
• Interest in working in an international environment.

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €3,665.31 gross/month, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
