Lead Fullstack Engineer (.NET)

Description

Develop, design, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software. As Lead Fullstack Engineer (f/m/x) at SQUER, it’s your responsibility to independently lead your team to success and ensure the optimal outcome for your project.

Your tasks

• Drive solutions in client projects and actively shape SQUER with your knowledge.
• Lead the entire development process and be significantly involved in technology decisions.
• Be responsible for the development and delivery of software solutions in collaboration with our clients.
• Communicate openly and be a team player.
• Work within agile teams on various customer projects and promote SQUER culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Share your knowledge with colleagues as a sparring partner and coach, fostering a collaborative environment.

Your qualifications

• Profound knowledge of both frontend and backend development, with a relevant university degree.
• Experience with established frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) and backend frameworks (.NET Core, Express).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages within the .NET environment (C#, F#), with additional knowledge of Javascript or Typescript considered a plus.
• Basic understanding of software architectures, cloud-native development, and containerization (Docker or Kubernetes).
• Experience with agile methodologies and a passion for supporting software teams across disciplines.
• Commitment to training and developing skills, and enjoyment in passing on knowledge.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners.
