Join Resthaven in the newly created position of Business Analyst – Customer Experience based at our modern office at Wayville. This is a twelve-month contract opportunity. Your strong background in Process Mapping, gathering/analysing data and recommending business and process improvements will be essential to make an impact on customer experience and the overall lives of older people. At times there will be a requirement to travel to other Resthaven sites and work additional hours to meet deadlines and other requirements.

About the opportunity

  • Evaluate and influence the redesign of the Resthaven Customer Experience model.
  • Undertake project activities including planning and management of in-depth exploration and analysis of customer journeys and related organisational structures, systems, and processes.
  • Create clear customer journey maps and reports.
  • Utilise data analysis and process redesign methodologies to identify/recommend business/service models and systems improvements.
  • Co-design, develop and implement strategies for human-centred process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • Assist with project delivery including review of project requirements and responsibilities aligned with established project management protocols.
  • A passion for elevating the Customer Experience for older South Australians and their families.
  • Strong understanding and experience in contemporary Process Improvement tools, methodologies, and facilitation (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, customer journey mapping, process mapping, reporting, and visuals).
  • Highly developed skills in the facilitation of workshops for all stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellence in data collection and business analysis with a focus on optimising outcomes for an organisation and its stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of business change projects including projects encompassing technology, business process reengineering or customer experience process improvement projects.
  • Experience in the curation and development of Business, Systems and Functional Requirements documentation
  • Advanced critical thinking and business analysis capabilities together with the ability to assess complex situations.
  • Excellent communication skills including strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills at all levels.
  • High proficiency in producing professionally written or designed reports and documentation.
  • Highly developed organisational skills and ability to manage a range of tasks over a number of activities to meet deadlines in a high demand work environment.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team.
  • Actively support and effect change with a focus on business improvement.
  • Consumer focused business approach with the ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs.
  • Experience and skills in using SharePoint sites.
