The Opportunity:
We are seeking a full-time Customer Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Stapylton location. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be critical in the end-to-end order management and customer experience process, from order entry to delivery. Your focus will be ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and with exceptional service at every step.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and track customer orders via EDI, email, or portals using ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
• Provide responsive and professional customer service, managing queries, complaints, and delivery issues.
• Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to coordinate timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or surpluses early.
• Prepare regular reports on order status, fill rates, OTIF (On Time In Full), and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records for performance tracking and audits.
• Support cross-functional projects including product launches, promotions, and customer onboarding.
• Uphold Nu-Pure’s safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP compliance.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in customer operations, order processing, or high-volume customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident using ERP and CRM systems (Oracle preferred) and Microsoft Excel/Outlook.
• Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
