Your tasks with us:

Preparatory payroll accounting, communication with payroll office

Compliance and implementation of all HR processes (onboarding, MA handbook, working time recording, exit discussion, etc.)

Ensuring and implementing the recruiting process (applicant correspondence, applicant management, pre-selection, interviews)

Organization of training and education, management of a training plan

Administrative work in human resources, such as managing employee data, archiving,

Licensing and contracting

Employee support for complaints

Administrative management of employee accommodation

This is what you bring with you:

At least 2-3 years of professional experience in an HR department

Very good knowledge of Croatian and English, both spoken and written

Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge

Basic knowledge of labor and social security law

High service and quality orientation

Excellent communication and convincing and winning demeanor

Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality and high solution orientation

Team player
