What you will enjoy doing

• You are responsible for the development and research of new technologies in the field of injection molding, injection blow molding, and compression molding.
• You lead both regional and global technology projects for the development of technologically specific packaging solutions, from ideation through concept creation to seamless integration into our production facilities.
• Additionally, your responsibilities include the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of these new technologies in comparison to other methods.
• You are also accountable for the smooth transition and handover to internal departments, encompassing the creation of meaningful presentations and providing support to the sales and management teams.
• Coordinating activities within our organization and collaborating with suppliers, partners, and customers are also integral parts of your role.

What makes you great

• Completed education, preferably in the field of plastics engineering or mechanical engineering (HTL, TU, FH, or equivalent technical education with relevant professional experience).
• Excellent English skills; additional foreign language proficiency is advantageous.
• Teamwork, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required by project demands.
