Role Overview

The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team develops innovative system solutions to generate valuable business insights about customers and profitability worldwide. You will identify, design, and implement system enhancements, new processes, and technologies to improve process efficiencies, data quality, and user experience. You will also implement CPM tools across subsidiaries and ensure correct processes for customer profitability analysis. You will lead or support projects, bringing innovative ideas to complex topics, and act as a point of contact for local Key Users for system support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. System, Process Optimization, and CPM Tool Implementation: Lead end-to-end projects including planning, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and training. Manage project methodologies based on complexity and ensure stakeholder management and communication skills are demonstrated.
  2. Business Partner for Local Markets and HQ: Collaborate with subsidiaries and HQ to maximize CPM system potential, aligning with sales, finance, and operations teams. Understand and challenge cross-functional topics with a solid business background.
  3. System Support, Data, and Process Quality: Serve as a global contact for CPM system support, ensuring system functionality, process efficiency, and data quality improvements in subsidiaries.
  4. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for system users, creating supporting materials and documentation to ensure effective system handling.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Product Management, IT, or Sales.
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or IT.
  • Strong IT skills; familiarity with ERP systems or business analytics tools (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience in FMCG industry or sales controlling is a plus.
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks, and develop solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Additional Information

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,446 gross per month, with a market-oriented compensation package above this minimum. We value diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds.
