Rope Access Technicians, based in Burleigh Heads, specializes in rope access, façade cleaning, maintenance, and installation.

We undertake projects across QLD & NSW, including façade inspections, concrete repairs, waterproofing, glazing, height safety installations, cladding replacement, and full building washdowns. No two days are the same!

Most work is for hotels and body corporates, with some construction projects, offering a chance to challenge yourself and use your skills.

Our business is growing, and we are looking for an additional team member to help us achieve our goals.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to ensure team effectiveness
• Schedule tradespeople
• Ensure quality assurance with pride and excellent workmanship
• Oversee major projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality completion
• Handle budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders

What we need from you:

• Strong communication and people management skills
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
• Good computer and writing skills
• Practical mindset and quick thinking
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Desired: Rope access knowledge and experience in façade construction/maintenance
• Trade qualification is a plus
• Experience with job management software like Simpro
