We are seeking a leader for our SCM team at Plansee Group, a company with a century of experience in manufacturing products and tools from tungsten and molybdenum, employing 11,000 people worldwide. Join us to lead and develop projects in production planning, MES, S&OP, and inventory management, and act as a key contact for process and software issues globally.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the SCM team, including project execution and team development.
2. Define and implement local and global projects and processes related to production planning, MES, S&OP, and inventory management.
3. Serve as a contact for process owners, managers, and key users globally regarding processes, methods, and software.
4. Train and develop team members in collaboration with key users.

Your Profile:

1. Degree in Business, SCM/Logistics, or Engineering with leadership experience.
2. Experience in production planning, project management, and process management within manufacturing.
3. Extensive SAP knowledge, especially in MM, PP, IBP, and PPDS modules.
4. Fluent in English, willing to travel internationally.
5. Self-organized, communicative, and socially skilled.

Note: The legally mandated minimum salary in Austria is €63,036.96 gross per year for 14 payments, subject to market rates, qualifications, and experience.
