About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, retail and creating great in-store experiences. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a motivated team, build a positive store culture and make sure every customer feels welcome and well looked after.

Skills and Experience

Previous management or leadership experience in a retail environment

Proven ability to drive sales and lead a results-focused team

Strong communication and time management skills

Experience in coaching and developing individuals to achieve goals

Ability to manage rosters and back-of-house administration (preferred)

A problem solver who thrives on finding solutions and building team morale

Interest in fashion and a creative flair for styling and presentation
