Sales Manager - Lead by Example. Build for Growth.

OTE $160-180K incl. salary + car allow + bonus

Are you a dynamic, commercially sharp, and charismatic Sales Leader who thrives on driving results, developing people, and leading from the front? This role provides the perfect blend of office and work from home hybrid working.

About the Role

You won’t just be calling the shots from behind a desk. You’ll be in the field, side-by-side with your team—cold calling, prospecting, closing deals, and providing real-time 1:1 coaching and mentorship reporting to the Managing Director. You’ll play a critical role in recruiting, nurturing, and retaining top talent, helping them reach their potential and stay invested in our success.

You’ll bring your established network and connections to the table, helping open doors and drive new business opportunities. More than just a manager—you’re a natural leader, an influencer, and someone who can inspire loyalty and performance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You’ll also be comfortable working within a local subsidiary structure, operating with both local autonomy and alignment to global policies, processes, and systems that support sustainable growth and consistent achievement of our business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, coach, and support a highly driven sales team through in-field mentoring and hands-on leadership.

Cold call, prospect, and close deals alongside your team—showing them what great looks like.

Recruit and develop sales talent to scale with the business for career pathing.

Retain and engage high performers by fostering a culture of success, support, and recognition.

Bring your business network and connections to drive fresh opportunities and growth.

Collaborate cross-functionally with local and ANZ teams to execute aligned strategies alongside your peers.

Operate confidently within a local business model supported by global frameworks.

You’ll Need

A strong commercial mindset and sharp business acumen.

Industry experience in digital marketing and/or Saas is ideal.

Proven leadership experience with a successful sales track record.

A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing teams.

No stranger to Sales methodologies and leveraging data to understand key drivers for success, able to pivot and take action to engage, motivate, nurture and grow highly successful teams.

A high level of emotional intelligence and charisma that people gravitate toward.

An existing network of industry contacts you’re ready to leverage.

A roll-up-your-sleeves attitude—ready to hit the phones, hit the road, and hit targets.

Comfort navigating both local operational needs and global corporate systems and standards.
