Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Act as Medical Therapeutic Area Expert and provide scientific consultancy services to internal and external partners.
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional product and customer teams, co-owning the strategy and proactively supporting it.
- Ensure medical correctness of promotional material & compliance with local laws & regulations.
- Hold presentations on product-specific topics (e.g., HCP roundtables), contribute to trainings, and support the conduct of local events (e.g., speaker briefings).
- Collaborate with the local customer engagement team, identify/support value solutions, and share market insights with the country/cluster teams.
- Develop & execute thought leader engagement plans aligned with product and customer teams.
- Serve as scientific contact for thought leaders, cultivating relationships through regular contact.
- Create medical content and support handling of requests.

You are open to new challenges and have the following qualifications/experience:
- University degree preferably in Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy Studies, or another scientific field, including 'Pharmareferentenprüfung'.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in agile working methods and strong interpersonal skills.
- Intercultural and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent facilitation skills (small and large groups, peer-to-peer) & digital and project management skills.

- The gross annual salary for this full-time position is EUR 76,852, depending on qualifications and experience, paid over 14 salaries.
