Job Description:

With a focus on health, safety, and quality, we seek a dedicated Health, Safety, and Quality Manager (HSQ Manager LCS) to oversee the Life Cycle Service. The HSQ Manager LCS ensures the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety, and quality management in our global service organizations, aligned with Kardex Remstar's overall strategy.
Your tasks
- Lead strategic HSQ projects
- Define and evaluate HSQ targets with responsible persons
- Create, implement, and maintain global policies and templates for the function
- Communicate HSQ topics within the LCS organization
- Support LCS country organizations operationally and with the EHS software Quentic
- Monitor training status, conduct audits, manage occupational accidents, and prepare risk assessments
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the HSQ field, preferably in an international industrial company
- Experience in project management
- Qualifications in H&S (e.g., Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit §6 ASiG) and Quality (e.g., QMB training or equivalent)
- Experience with Quentic, CRM, and SAP is desirable
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001 and 45001) and the Machinery Directive
- Proficiency in German and English at CEFR Level B2 or higher
