About your new Role

You'll own financial operations, lead the budgeting process, oversee cashflow forecasting, and partner with our leadership team to provide real-time insights on the financial success of their departments. This is a hands-on, operationally focused leadership role — ideal for someone who loves systems, process, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Preparing technical papers and managing the audit relationship
• Streamlining and standardising financial processes across business outlets
• Ensuring robust financial controls and remediation of audit findings
• Supporting the CFO with key commercial and strategic initiatives
• Leading and developing a small, capable finance team
• Maintaining financial IT systems, including inventory software, accounting platforms, and reporting tools

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience across Finance
• A sound understanding of IT infrastructure, system integration, and software implementation
• Experience in analytical and forecasting capabilities
• Excellent documentation, process improvement, and policy development capabilities
• A hands-on approach with the ability to support teams during peak periods or when resources are limited
