We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Showroom Manager to lead our high-performing team at Slacks Creek, where your leadership will shape a culture of excellence, drive operational success, and deliver truly memorable moments for every bride.

About the Role

As Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading your team of up to 16, and driving both sales performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key leadership role in aligning your showroom with Luv Bridal’s Core Values: Heart. Glitter. Bold. One. Authentic.

This is a full-time position, Tuesday to Saturday, requiring strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a mindset to deliver elevated experiences.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example to inspire excellence and deliver exceptional bridal experiences
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, managing rostering and performance

  • Foster a positive, values-driven culture and maintain professional presentation standards

  • Lead by example, setting the service standard

  • Manage the full appointment lifecycle, including bookings and follow-ups

  • Ensure showroom is immaculate, visually on-brand, and inventory is well managed

  • Oversee WH&S compliance and efficient administration with effective delegation

  • Drive sales by coaching stylists to exceed KPIs and lead daily appointments

  • Manage labour costs and optimise profitability to maximise showroom performance

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Showroom Manager in sale, bridal, fashion, or premium/luxury retail

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to exceed performance targets

  • A passion for bridal styling and customer experiences

  • Strong business acumen across sales, operations, and people management

  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills

  • A proactive, polished, and professional presence

  • A solution-focused mindset with a hands-on leadership style
