A senior leadership opportunity exists for an accomplished Construction Manager to oversee residential project delivery across South Australia. Reporting to the State Building Manager, the role is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Site Managers to deliver high-quality residential builds safely, efficiently, and within contractual timeframes. The focus includes performance management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, ensuring delivery standards are met or exceeded across safety, quality, customer experience, and financial performance.
Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end construction supervision, managing trade performance, implementing scheduling efficiencies, and maintaining site presentation and compliance. The successful candidate will play a central role in reducing expenditure through proactive risk mitigation and quality assurance practices.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential construction management, proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and strong commercial acumen. Tertiary qualifications in building and construction (or related discipline), along with advanced project coordination and communication skills, are essential.
