Commercial Manager / Senior Business Development Manager

As the Commercial / Business Development Manager, you will develop and propose growth plans targeting end-user customer segments, analyze our products/solutions versus competitors (positioning/pricing), and craft go-to-market tactics (channel, marketing communications, daily sales, services). Strong execution skills are essential. You will handle commercial relationships with key accounts and forecast budget requirements for short, medium, and long-term projects, in addition to analyzing and managing project financials.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and propose growth plans for target end-user customer segments.
  • Analyze products/solutions against competitors, focusing on positioning and pricing.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies across channels, marketing, sales, and services.
  • Manage relationships with key accounts.
  • Forecast and manage budgets for various project timelines.
  • Analyze and oversee project financials.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.
  • Interprets and applies key financial indicators for better decision-making.
  • Anticipates future needs and translates them into strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of five years managerial experience with a successful track record in business development.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Ability to develop and implement business plans.
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven problem-solving skills aligned with business growth.
  • Ability to build effective networks and contacts.
  • Experience selling to professional services, government, or other commercial sectors.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Experience conducting commercial meetings with all levels, including senior executives, and translating their needs into comprehensive solutions.
  • Successful track record in B2B face-to-face consultative selling, exceeding targets.
  • Ability to close sales deals and meet quotas.
  • Experience with recognized sales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver insights and recommendations effectively.
