You’ll work closely alongside one of our respected Superintendents, gaining critical exposure to planning, execution, leadership strategy, and client interfacing.
This is more than a job — it’s a succession opportunity designed for someone with proven skills and the drive to grow into a key leadership role within our business.

  • Able to pass a Rail Cat 1 Medical and D&A testing
  • Familiarity with BHP/Rio Tinto/Roy Hill rail networks (highly regarded)
  • Frontline Leadership or similar qualifications (desirable)
Duties & responsibilities
  • Shadow and support the current Superintendent in day-to-day leadership and planning activities.
  • Oversee field teams of up to 100 personnel across renewals and maintenance works.
  • Coordinate a range of works including turnout construction, plainline renewals, flashbutt welding, de-stress testing, and track resurfacing.

  • Develop and execute worksite plans, liaising with engineers, planners, and shutdown coordinators.
  • Mentor junior supervisors and set the tone for a positive, productive, and safety-focused team culture.
Benefits
  • Be personally mentored by a respected industry leader
  • Work with one of Australia’s most trusted rail service providers
