Reporting to the Manager Corporate Information and Integrity, we are looking for a dynamic Coordinator Corporate Information to join our team. In this leadership role, you'll provide strategic advice and hands-on support to drive effective, compliant records and information management across Council. As the key driver of governance for information standards, recordkeeping processes, and system implementation, you'll ensure our practices align with legislative requirements and Council policies. You'll also champion a culture of compliance and integrity, shaping frameworks that uphold the reliability and authenticity of our records.

What a typical day will look like;
Lead, mentor, and manage the Corporate Information team, ensuring high performance, workload management, and professional development.
Oversee Council's records management functions, ensuring compliance with all legislative and policy requirements, including the Public Records Act, Privacy and Data Protection Act, and FOI Act.
Manage and enhance Council's Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), supporting system integration, user training, and digital recordkeeping best practices.
Promote a culture of compliance through training and engagement.
What you will bring to the role;
Tertiary qualification in Information Management, Records Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, and/or extensive experience in records and information governance within a similar setting.
