How you will make your mark:

• Professional competence & support of employees (assistance, advice, support, feedback, passing on experiences)
• Day-to-day operational tasks (e.g. ticket processing, hotline)
• Organization of day-to-day operations (minimum staffing in the team, resource planning)
• Implementation of internal processes and tasks as well as instructions/goals from the Head of TS&AS
• Content-related collaboration & support in “daily business” (ticket processing, hotline, etc.)

Hard Facts & Soft Skills:

• Degree in engineering - Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or other major related to Renewable energy
• Relevant professional experience in the field of photovoltaics or renewable energies
• Minimum 1 year experience of leading a small 2–3-person team
• Strong communication skills, Spirit for Leadership & Passionate about Customer Service
• Fluent in English (C1); other languages a plus
