Job Description

• Collaborate across the organization to ensure a coherent, cohesive, and consistent product experience for customers.
• Challenge and drive customer-centric product experience, and help build predictable cross-journey experiences.
• Support cross-solution product design initiatives with agility for strategic projects.
• Align with leadership to develop a unified strategy.
• Develop and advance the design organization, collaborating with UX management and teams.
• Contribute to growing the Design & Experience department through internal partnerships.
• Guide teams to operate autonomously.
• Support and develop Dynatrace's culture and values.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in product design.
• 10-15+ years in product design, preferably in enterprise software companies.
• Mentoring and coaching skills to enhance team performance.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and strategic thinker adaptable to a fast-growing environment.
• High motivation, conflict resolution skills, flexibility, and a dynamic mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with strong cross-department collaboration abilities.
