Exclusive to Jenner Recruitment, our client is seeking a Senior Financial Planner with SMSF experience to join their busy Financial Planning practice.

Our Client

A best practice financial planning firm that adopts a holistic approach to the financial planning process. They are looking for a proactive individual to deliver exceptional client service and oversee the productivity and workflow of their business.

Their financial advisory team collaborates with clients to plan, optimize, and safeguard their personal cash flow, investments, and superannuation funds, helping them feel more secure about their future.

The Role

We offer a unique opportunity for an ambitious Financial Adviser with a talent for driving sales and a commitment to client care to join us during our growth phase.

You will receive full administrative support to enable you to focus on delivering comprehensive strategies and making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Attending client discovery meetings to understand their needs, identify gaps, and connect them with our specialist team when necessary.
2. Providing advice and guidance to new clients.
3. Explaining complex financial concepts in an understandable manner.
4. Managing and maintaining client relationships through regular reviews and adjustments to financial plans.
5. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including disclosures and acting in clients' best interests.

About You

The ideal candidate will work well within a team, demonstrate a client-centric approach, possess strong attention to detail, and have excellent organizational skills.

To succeed, you should have:

• Previous experience as a Financial Adviser, successfully completed the FASEA exam, and be on the Adviser register.
• An appropriate FASEA-approved course or relevant tertiary qualification.
• A proven track record of providing holistic financial planning services, including SMSF.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
