Job Description:
As Requirements Manager, you will be part of our CC Digital Engineering team, responsible for developing efficient processes for planning support, work, and facade scaffolding. This involves working with existing and new software applications.

We offer a daily role with the following main tasks:
- Understanding, analyzing, and documenting scaffolding requirements
- Defining scope for planning based on analysis
- Transforming business requirements into technical specifications and comparing with standard software
- Creating use cases and software requirements if needed
- Implementing scaffolding software in the organization with training
- Organizing acceptance tests and overseeing concept and test maturity
- Identifying costs, efforts, and implementation steps
- Engaging in process modeling, visualization, and documentation
- Coordinating with other departments and branches across countries
- Participating in backlog prioritization for new features
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience and knowledge in scaffolding
- Quick comprehension, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking
- Initiative and independence
- Knowledge of software requirement visualization and documentation
- Understanding stakeholder needs with organizational skills and perseverance
- Project management experience and familiarity with agile/hybrid methods (desirable)
- Excellent command of English; German skills preferred
- Open, flexible team player with high solution orientation

The salary is market-competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) is EUR 46,290.44.
