Job Description:

AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and critical care. We are looking to hire a Quality & Partner Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Vienna, starting immediately.

In this role, you will oversee external partner management, negotiate and maintain quality agreements, and conduct audits. You will collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and coordination across functions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the Quality Management Department to ensure quality compliance
  • Manage external partners and related tasks
  • Negotiate and establish Quality Agreements with contract partners and manage their lifecycle
  • Organize and conduct audits of partners and follow up on CAPAs
  • Participate in (re-)qualification of partners such as CMOs, distributors, and MAHs
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders worldwide
  • Coordinate with various business functions
  • Work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Profound background in a GxP environment (pharma-related)
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical quality management systems
  • Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment
  • Experience negotiating quality agreements (GMP, GDP)
  • GxP audit experience is desirable
  • Independent, precise, and detail-oriented working style
  • Analytical thinking, flexibility, and quick perception
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
