What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries via inbound calls, live chat, and email, ensuring that every customer interaction is prompt, clear, and helpful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding support in both French and English through voice and chat

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or contact center environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using platforms like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is preferred
  • Ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM systems is an advantage

  • Personal computer or laptop with a minimum i5 processor
  • Stable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps upload and download speeds
