About the Role
As the Head of Media and Digital Platforms you will oversee media planning and buying across both ATL channels (ie Radio, OOH, BVOD) and digital platforms (ie paid social, display, paid search) with a focus on achieving measurable ROI and brand performance. You will own and drive strategy across all digital performance marketing channels, including paid search (SEM), SEO, social performance, affiliate, programmatic, and retargeting.
This newly created role will see you build and mentor a high-performing team across performance marketing and digital eCommerce platforms. You will lead the CRO strategy and execution across web and app platforms, optimising user flows and conversion funnels.

Suitable tertiary qualifications for this role include a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, which will provide the foundational knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this position. Whilst technical proficiency is important to the role, you will also need to demonstrate exceptional leadership and digital innovation skills. You will possess the attitude, soft skills, and capability to engage with a broad range of business stakeholders. Your high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and attention to detail will be crucial in meeting the business demands at G’day Group.
