Service Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the sales organization, the service team, and customers throughout the entire quotation process by creating technical offers for the products and technologies used. Every day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will demonstrate your expertise by working with the service team to create offers, develop maintenance plans, and track internal projects. The work model for the role is: Hybrid, with the possibility of 2 days of remote work per week. Your main responsibilities:
- Supporting the local sales organization and customers in identifying the most technically suitable and cost-effective solutions. You will create precise technical/commercial offers based on customer specifications and the sales organization's guidelines.
- Managing internal coordination for the local service office regarding spare parts management and the creation and tracking of offers and maintenance plans. You will ensure that all processes run efficiently and on time, as agreed.
- Maintaining direct contact with customers through various communication channels and working closely with internal departments such as sales, service, order processing, and product management to ensure smooth execution.
- Documenting all activities, plans, and follow-ups in the central CRM tool, Salesforce, and ensuring transparent and seamless communication within the organization.
Qualifications For The Role
- Technical education at the HTL level (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology) with a commercial background, as well as 1-3 years of professional experience in technical sales support, ideally in the field of drive technology.
- Very good MS Office skills and strong proficiency in common MS Office programs.
- Experience with the CRM tool Salesforce is a plus.
- Fluent German and strong English skills, at least at B level.
- A class B driver's license is desirable.
- Personally, you place great value on customer orientation and excel in cost-conscious thinking and action, initiative, strong communication and representation skills, independence, and teamwork.
